$25

with Joanna Wilhelm

Calendar Sep 27, 2018 at 6 pm, runs for 1 week

This is going to be so much fun!! By popular request, we’re going to be talking about how essential oils can be used in cooking. There are a lot of benefits to doing so, including one - that they don’t lose their flavor and aren’t as expensive, in the long run, as their dried herb counterparts. It is critical that you know not all essential oils are created equally and can be safely used in cooking. How do you know what’s safe? We’ll be mixing up some recipes while we talk and learn, and sampling the results. Come ready to get involved and to snack. PLEASE COMMUNICATE ANY FOOD ALLERGIES OR RESTRICTIONS WHEN YOU SIGN UP, and we will do our best to accommodate your concerns in the recipes selected for the class.
