An ancient wellness practice, with foundational moves associated with the martial arts, that builds energy, balances, and unifies body, mind, and spirit. This workshop is ideal for those who live with chronic illnesses, are recovering from a health event, and have limited mobility. Some standing is ideal, however seated modifications are possible. The closest practice to qigong is Thai Chi. The difference is that qigong offers a series of exercises that can be more easily remembered.
