The WanderFreely Flow is an opportunity to sweat, dance, laugh, and move in the ways that you need and want. Turn up the tunes and allow yourself to Wander on your mat in order to explore your practice beyond the postures to discover a deeper understanding and insight of yourself. Through this Vinyasa-based flow, you will explore the depths of your inner-strength, compassion, and what it means to take your yoga off the mat and into your life.

Maine's "Driving Dynamics Course" offers all drivers the opportunity to improve their defensive driving abilities.  This five-hour course will include discussion of collision avoidance techniques, safety issues, driver habits and attitudes, and the basic elements that constantly challenge drivers on Maine's highways. A certified Maine Driving Dynamics instructor teaches the course. The course format engages active participation of students.  Those completing the course will receive a three-point credit on their driving record.  When registering, please include your date of birth and driver’s license number.

BE A HERO: LEARN ABOUT BECOMING A FOSTER PARENT (MAY)

This one time session will cover issues relevant to becoming a foster parent in Maine.  Policies and procedures that apply to foster/adoptive licensure as well as how to access available resources and supports will be covered. Once you have completed the session, you will be asked to answer ten questions. When you answer the questions correctly you may request an application for licensure. The session is available in two formats and is open to anyone who is a resident of Maine over the age of 21.  One option is a Watch Party on ZOOM, followed by a question and answer period.
