This is an advanced course that investigates real-world applications of concepts from algebra and other branches of mathematics. Learners may focus on a subject such as Algebra II, Probability & Statistics, Geometry, or Precalculus. Topics may include functions; sets; polynomials and factoring; properties of real numbers; rational expressions; systems of equations; logarithms; advanced geometric concepts; trigonometry; descriptive and inferential statistics; tools for statistical analysis; and more. DIPLOMA STUDENTS ONLY. Lab Fee of $15 due at registration.
