Dennis Price, founder and director of Capital City Improv, brings 24 years of improv experience to this introduction class, meant to introduce students to the basic foundations of improv. No experience needed. Positive attitude is a must! Learn the techniques that help create something wonderful, right on the spot!

Dennis Price has been fascinated with improvisation since he was a kid and watched his first episode of Second City TV. He saw his first Second City Improv show in 1994 and fell in love. He lived in Chicago for three years, studying improv all over the city, and in 2003 moved to Maine full time to perform and direct around the state. In 2012, Capital City Improv was born in Readfield, Maine, and Dennis and his troupe of comedians and improvisers have been performing in and around the state of Maine and beyond. He is excited to teach this Intro class for Augusta Adult Education.
